Artist Statement:
Within many segments of our culture, women obsess over the body image.
The series of work Inside/Out pertains to ideas involving body manipulation.
The female form is stuffed, incased and forced into a "desired" mold.
The materials used include deli meat, measuring tape, fake tattoos and cake.
